Gazebo Work Day,  Sept. 18, 2015

image

In preparation for the annual “Brunch on the Bricks” event, retirees and grounds crew workers will gather at the Legacy Gazebo at 8:30 am on Friday, September 18, to clean up and spruce up the Gazebo and surrounding area.

Last year, we planted flowers, spread mulch, trimmed shrubs and swept the brick patio to make sure everything was in good shape for our annual program recognizing new retirees and remembering those who have passed away, either active employees or retirees, in the past year. This year, we will also be assisting with placing the bricks for new retirees and those who have passed.

Light refreshments and drinks will be available. Wear old clothes and bring your work gloves!

Please reply to the email from the Retirees Association requesting volunteers or email retirees@kennesaw.edu to let us know you are coming!
