Benefits Open Enrollment Workshop 2014

Monday, November 3, 2014
Tour of the campus and lunch at The Commons following the workshop.
R.S.V.P. to or call 470-578-7984 to let us know you are coming.

Human Resources representatives will be giving a presentation on changes in the benefits offered for the coming year and answering your questions concerning healthcare benefits.

This year, you do not have to select your benefits if you are not making any changes from last year. However, the changes in benefits are, in some cases, significant. The Retirees Association encourages you to join this workshop so you can make informed choices.

Following the meeting, we will board a B.O.B. bus to be treated to a tour highlighting changes to the campus including all the new facilities. We will stop at The Commons and enjoy a dutch-treat lunch together. We should be finished by 1:30pm.

Brunch on the Bricks 2014

KSU retirees and guests are cordially invited to the 2014 “Brunch on the Bricks” ceremony on Thursday, October 16, 2014. The program will begin promptly at 9:30 am at the Legacy Gazebo. Featured speakers Dr. Daniel Papp, president of KSU, and Dr. Harry Trendell, a recent retiree, will share updates about KSU and reminisce about the highlights of previous years at KSU. The program will include a special recognition for Tom Sirmon who chaired the committee that originally developed the Legacy Gazebo. Attendees will scatter rosemary in remembrance of retirees who have passed.

Following the program, we will move to the Student Center Leadership Room for brunch.

Parking will be available in the West Deck and the Visitors Parking lot. Come early and find your brick on the patio!

R.S.V.P. to or 470-578-7984 by Friday, October 10, to assure your seat.
