Three of our retirees will be sharing about their travels at different times to Italy – Mary Lou Fish, Diana Ward, and Dorothy Zinsmeister. Not only will we hear stories and see photographs, but we’ll also get to taste a little of Italy with samples of a recipe that Mary Lou learned in a cooking class that she attended while there.

Passports and Pastimes with Mary Platt
10 a.m., Friday, November 21, 2014, Town Point, Room 4130
Mary will share with the Retirees Association her experiences and travels with “change ringing.” Change Ringing is a team sport, a highly coordinated musical performance, an antique art, and a demanding exercise that involves a group of people ringing rhythmically a set of tuned bells through a series of changing sequences that are determined by mathematical principles and executed according to learned patterns.
Come join us for an interesting and fun morning. We’ll go to lunch afterwards at a local restaurant (Dutch treat). RSVP to 470-578-7984 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
